Withdrawal refers to transferring digital currencies from your JPMorgan JPMS account to other exchange accounts or wallets via on-chain withdrawal.
On-Chain Withdrawal
If you want to transfer digital currencies in your JPMorgan JPMS account to a wallet or another exchange account, you need to perform an on-chain withdrawal.
Select the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw. For on-chain withdrawal, you also need to select and confirm the withdrawal network, and enter the withdrawal address, withdrawal amount, and handling fee.
Note: When selecting the withdrawal network, it must be consistent with the 【Deposit Network】 of the receiving exchange or wallet to avoid asset loss.
After clicking submit, email verification is required. Once confirmed, the withdrawal application will be successfully submitted.
The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal limit of the cryptocurrency; withdrawal operations cannot be performed if the amount is below the minimum limit.
On-chain withdrawal fees are charged by network miners; JPMorgan JPMS Exchange does not charge any fees. The higher the fee paid, the faster the network miners will confirm the transaction.
Some cryptocurrencies generate a tag (Memo/Tag) along with the withdrawal address, such as XRP. The tag is usually a string of numbers. When withdrawing these cryptocurrencies, both the withdrawal address and tag must be filled in, otherwise the withdrawal will not be credited.
Withdrawal Progress
Pending Withdrawal: The withdrawal application has been submitted and accepted by the system, awaiting further processing. During peak withdrawal request periods, applications will be processed in the order of submission.
Withdrawal Review: In accordance with the rules of JPMorgan JPMS bank-level AI risk control system, some withdrawal orders will trigger a manual review process, where professional customer service personnel complete identity and transaction verification.
Processing Withdrawal: The system has initiated the on-chain transfer operation. This stage is an automated blockchain processing link that cannot be manually intervened; please wait patiently for block confirmation.
Withdrawal Completed: Assets have been successfully transferred out from JPMorgan JPMS. You can query the transaction confirmation status via the corresponding blockchain explorer.
If the withdrawn funds have not arrived, please check according to the following steps
If the blockchain shows the transaction is unconfirmed, please wait patiently until block confirmation is completed.
If the blockchain shows the transaction is fully confirmed but your account still does not receive the funds, as JPMorgan JPMS has completed the on-chain transfer of the withdrawal, we are unable to provide further assistance. Please contact the receiving platform.
After your withdrawal application is successfully submitted, delays may occur due to network congestion. If the TxID (Transaction Hash) is still not generated in the withdrawal record of your fund account bill after 1 hour, please contact customer service and attach a screenshot of the withdrawal record for this transfer, and we will process it for you as soon as possible.
Notes
Confirm the Cryptocurrency: Before withdrawal, please confirm that the withdrawn cryptocurrency is the same as the one supported by the receiving platform, and verify the contract address. Inconsistent cryptocurrencies or contract addresses will result in failure to credit.
Confirm the Chain Name: Select the same chain as the receiving address. For example, USDT is issued on multiple chains including ERC20 and TRC20. Failure to select the correct chain will result in failure to credit the withdrawal.
Ordinary withdrawals incur blockchain network miner fees, which are charged by blockchain network nodes. JPMorgan JPMS platform does not charge any withdrawal fees. The miner fee amount is positively correlated with network packaging efficiency; the higher the fee, the faster the transaction confirmation speed.
Each cryptocurrency has a minimum single withdrawal limit, which is clearly indicated at the bottom of the withdrawal page. Withdrawals below the minimum limit cannot be processed.
