How to Deposit Crypto to JPMorgan JPMS?

If you need to deposit assets from other wallets or crypto platforms to your JPMorgan JPMS account, you must first obtain the JPMS deposit address, and then deposit cryptocurrencies to this address. The specific operation steps are as follows:

First, open JPMorgan JPMS, click the Deposit button on the wallet page to enter the deposit page. Follow the instructions to select the cryptocurrency and deposit network, then you will get a dedicated deposit address. Save the QR code or copy the address, and complete the deposit by transferring crypto to this address.

As shown in the figure below:

Log in to your other trading platform or wallet account, go to the Send/Withdraw page, select the corresponding cryptocurrency and blockchain network, fill in the deposit address obtained from JPMorgan JPMS as the recipient address, then enter the withdrawal amount, confirm the handling fee/gas fee, and click Confirm after verifying all information is correct.

!!! Critical Notice: You must ensure that the cryptocurrency and network selected for withdrawal are exactly consistent with the cryptocurrency and network selected when you obtained the deposit address, to avoid irreversible loss of assets.

After waiting for a period of time, once the deposit is successfully completed, you can check the deposit record on the deposit page, and view the digital assets deposited into JPMorgan JPMS in your asset account.

After completing the digital asset deposit, you can start using the Crypto-to-Crypto Trading service.

Precautions

You can only deposit the cryptocurrency of the same blockchain network to the generated deposit address. Assets of other cryptocurrencies deposited to this address cannot be recovered.

Deposit arrival and withdrawal require a specific number of block confirmations, which will be clearly indicated below the deposit address. The number of block confirmations can be queried on the blockchain explorer.

Some cryptocurrencies have a minimum single deposit limit, which will be clearly indicated below the deposit address. Deposits below the minimum limit will not be credited to the account, and the assets cannot be recovered.

The deposit network must be the same network supported by the withdrawal platform for the corresponding cryptocurrency, otherwise the deposit will not be credited to the account.

When generating the deposit address for some cryptocurrencies, a corresponding tag (e.g. "XRP") will be generated at the same time. The tag is marked below the deposit address, usually a string of numbers. When depositing these cryptocurrencies, you must fill in the correct deposit address and select the correct blockchain network, otherwise the deposited assets will not be credited to the account.
